The Masters 2026 - final round: Rory McIlroy clinches back-to-back titles at Augusta National

'RB Leipzig make contact for Everton striker'

RB Leipzig have made an enquiry for Everton striker Thierno Barry, according to The Times.

The Toffees would reportedly be looking to recoup the initial 27 million they spent on the France Under-21 international before considering his departure.

Your Site News understands Everton are keen to upgrade their forward department, and have explored a loan deal for out-of-favour Liam Delap from Chelsea.

'Key player' could leave Arsenal this summer

Latest from Your Site News' Dharmesh Sheth:

Exits are expected at Arsenal this summer with one source confirming to Your Site News that a "key player" could depart.

There could be at least one departure in the Arsenal front line if they recruit in that position.

Gabriel Jesus, Leandro Trossard and Gabriel Martinelli all have a year left on their contracts though the club do have a one-year option on Martinelli.

Your Site News understands the club would consider offers for the trio but will not allow anyone to leave on the cheap with Arsenal seeking around 18m-20m for Jesus.

Jesus and Martinelli have seen their game time limited, while Trossard will turn 32 in December.

Ethan Nwaneri is another player to watch. He spent the second half of last season on loan at Marseille after falling behind Bukayo Saka and Noni Madueke in the pecking order.

Nwaneri found game time hard to come by at Marseille and had his commitment called into question by manager Habib Beye, who succeeded Roberto De Zerbi midway through the season.

The 19-year-old only signed a new Arsenal contract last August, which runs until the summer of 2030.

Ben White is another player facing an uncertain future at Arsenal. A number of Premier League and European clubs continue to keep an eye on his situation.

The defenders recovery from a medial ligament injury is understood to be progressing well and he remains on course to be back for pre-season.

White has two years remaining on his contract, with Arsenal holding the option to extend for a further 12 months.

Any decision on Whites future could be impacted by the severity of Jurrien Timbers groin injury. Timber was forced to withdraw from the Netherlands World Cup squad.

Potential reinforcements in midfield could see Christian Norgaard look for a new club after just one season at the Emirates.

The 32-year-old, signed from Brentford in a deal worth up to 15m, started just one Premier League game last season for Arsenal.

His contract is up next summer with Arsenal holding a 12-month option.

Arsenal stepping up Rogers interest, Tzolis deal also being explored

Latest from Your Site News' Dharmesh Sheth:

Arsenal are also prioritising the signing of aleft-winger this summer and, as Your Site News reported at the start of the window, they have been stepping up their interest in Aston Villas Morgan Rogers as they explore the conditions of a potential deal.

Your Site News understands Villa qualifying for the Champions League will have little bearing on Rogers future.

Villa are still expected to listen to offers around the 80m mark for a player who also has interest from Chelsea and Manchester United.

There has been no club-to-club contact between Arsenal and Villa at this stage. Rogers signed a new contract until 2031 last November, putting Villa in a strong negotiating position.

Independent of their pursuit of Rogers, Arsenal have been looking into a deal for Club Brugge left-winger Christos Tzolis.

It is understood Tzolis would cost in the region of 34m a Belgian Pro League record. Club Brugge do not want to sell the 24-year-old, who signed a new contract until 2029 last summer.

Arsenal among clubs monitoring Bouaddi

Latest from Your Site News' Dharmesh Sheth:

Moroccos Ayyoub Bouaddi caught the eye at the World Cup with his standout performance against Brazil but he has had plenty of admirers in the Premier League long before this summer.

Arsenal are among the top clubs in England that have followed the 18-year-old Lille midfielder closely.

Central midfield is a position Arsenal want to strengthen in this summer and Bouaddi is one of a number of players they have looked at.

The teenagers price tag will be a consideration for the Gunners with Bouaddi having signed a new contract with Lille in December. That deal takes him to the summer of 2029.

Your Site News reported in January that Manchester United have Bouaddi on their list of midfield targets.

However, they have prioritised other midfielders this summer, agreeing a deal for Ederson with Atalanta and now pursuing Mateus Fernandes at West Ham.

Real Madrid confirm Konate signing

Real Madrid have confirmed the transfer of Ibrahima Konate

The central defender will join the club at the end of the month when his Liverpool contract expires.

Real have agreed a four-year deal with the France international.

He joins Bernardo Silva and Marc Cucurella as Jose Mourinho's first signings since returning for a second spell in charge at the Bernabeu.

How Liverpool beat Newcastle to Munoz...

Latest from Your Site News' Keith Downie:

Newcastle thought they had a deal for Victor Munoz before Liverpool swooped in to sign the Osasuna winger.

Newcastle had a 33.3m fee - an initial 29m plus 4.3m in add-ons - accepted by the LaLiga club.

The 22-year-old had agreed personal terms and told Newcastle that he wanted to come, while agent fees were also agreed.

Newcastle had the wheels in motion for a medical over in the US and felt they had a deal in place.

But they were instructed by the player's representatives to wait over the last 24 hours.

Liverpool had always been at the table for the Spain international, so they did not come in at the last minute, but Newcastle had been told the player wanted to sign for them.

Newcastle are now licking their wounds inflicted by Liverpool again after what happened with Alexander Isak and Hugo Ekitike last summer, and are trying to get to the bottom of what happened in the last 24 hours.

What will Munoz bring to Liverpool?

Liverpool have triggered Victor Munoz's 34.5m release clause, with the Osasuna winger set to sign a six-year deal at the club.

Here's a look at what he could offer as he edges closer to becoming Andoni Iraola's first signing at Anfield...

Salford appoint Cklamovski as manager

Salford City have appointed Peter Cklamovski as the clubs new men's first team manager.

The 47-year-old arrives in Salford following a spell as head coach of the Malaysia national team, prior to which he coached in Japan and Australia.

He replaces Karl Robinson, he left earlier in June after losing the League Two play-off final to Notts County.

Chief football advisor Paul Scholes said: Peter brings a style of football that we like to watch exciting, attacking football.

"But hes not just about scoring goals hes obsessed with keeping clean sheets too. He wants his teams to be ruthless and to have a clear identity and thats something that were excited to bring to the club.

Chelsea keeping tabs on Porto stopper Costa

Chelsea are keeping tabs on Porto goalkeeper Diogo Costa as new boss Xabi Alonso looks to provide competition for first-choice Robert Sanchez.

According to the Daily Mirror, Costa is valued at 51m by the Portuguese champions.

Sanchez was the Blues' No1 last term, but came under scrutiny. Filip Jorgensen was also used at times.

In all competitions, Sanchez kept 14 clean sheets in 50 appearances, while Jorgensen kept none in his 12 matches.

Costa is currently at the World Cup with Portugal, where he started in a 1-1 draw against DR Congo.

Last season, he kept 26 clean sheets in 53 matches, conceding just 13 league goals in 31 appearances as Porto won the Primeira Liga.

Munoz completes Liverpool medical

Latest from Your Site News' Vinny O'Connor:

Osasuna winger Victor Munoz has completed a medical and is expected to sign a six-year deal at Liverpool after his 34.5m release clause was triggered.

Newcastle were pursuing the Spain international but Liverpool have once again beaten them to a top target as they did with Hugo Ekitike last summer.

Your Site News understands Liverpool will pay the transfer fee in two instalments.

Liverpool have had a long-term interest in Munoz, which was accelerated by the arrival of new head coach Andoni Iraola, who knows the player well from his extensive knowledge of LaLiga.

Munoz, currently with Spain at the World Cup, completed a medical in the US on Wednesday after Liverpool staff travelled to complete the checks.

The Spanish Football Federation granted permission for Munoz to complete the formalities of the transfer.
